One to One Psychological Therapy Adults
£110
Do you feel a bit lost, frustrated, down or hopeless and unsure of how to make changes? Perhaps you feel like you are repeating the same life patterns. You may feel like you have tried everything and have not managed to make any change. I can offer a tailored formulation for you as an individual to help you understand your difficulties, uncover unconscious and repeating patterns and help create lasting change.
Children and Families
£120
Sometimes as parents we just need the reassurance we are doing the right thing. I can offer parenting support, planning and behavioural assessments, school support, observation and planning and work-up towards diagnosis if necessary. I will involve you and update you throughout as parents for Children under 16 within limits of confidentiality.
ADULT ADHD/AUTISM ASSESSMENT
From £795
I offer extensive and thorough private Assessment after years of diagnostic practice in NHS. This will involve several steps and around 3 to 5 sessions, with a full psychological diagnostic report with recommendations for University or work. I will include family members and /or friends in this assessment, as often neurodivergent people feel entirely misunderstood.
I follow the NICE Guidelines and use a number of clinically validated psychometric tests. We can also try to arrange shared care for prescribing by your GP and if not available you can be referred to private psychiiatry for medication if this is a route you choose to take. Please get in touch for further info.

Couples Therapy
£125
Couples therapy is some of the most complex work we do and I do not take the responsibility lightly. Together I will help you and your partner to understand and uncover the deeper, underlying issues giving rise to those repeated and "silly seeming" arguments. This will involved looking at your own attachment histories and styles and how these interact with each other and help you to make lasting changes based on clinical research and evidence-based practice.
